Electrical and electronic package
Besides rewiring the machine including a new motor and drive, we have added two new touch screens that centrally control all the function of the machine, such as:
- – heat intensity of the infrared lamps
- – real-time location of paper jams counter
- – counter and batching operations
- – access to maintenance in production history
For new electrical boxes attached to the main sections of the machine allow a fast and easy installation.
A new set of servo motors continuosly adjust the tension on the web and offer the option to install a registration unit in order to manufacture envelopes from pre-printed roll.
Timing Belt Upgrades
The new belt transmission system coupled with harmonic drives allows on the run easy 360 degree adjustment of the score, bottom fold, staggering and seal flap folding sections.
High Speed Patcher
Net high speed window catcher increases production speed up to 1200 envelopes per minute.
Infrared Lamps
The infrared drying technology reduces energy consumption by 60 to 80 percent.
Silicon Release Liner Applicator with Hot Melt Glue
Our newly designed silicon release applicator with hot melt positioned on the delivery section reduces downtime in case of a paper jam. In addition, it saves up to 50% on release liner and glue without lowering the speed of the machine.

Two of the smallest machines of series are rotary pocket machines Type 32 and Type 33. Like all our pocket machines these machines are blank-fed.
The machines are suitable fer manufacturing pockets with side seam gumming, gumming (right-hand side) with outer side flap an centre seam gumming as well as pockets with outer side flaps an powder-proof folding.
For the manufacture of pockets according to sample C the machine has to be equipped with a special attachment (second bottom flap gumming unit).
On request, the machine HELIOS 32 can be provided with a special feed frame, allowing the fitting of two flexographic outside printing units (HELIOS 32 D). Printing is made prior to the first fold.
The HELIOS 32 cannot be fitted with printing units.
